Noah's Continued Crime Spree

So, in the string of things perpetuated by Noah, we can now add nail polish and hair cutting. True, these issues have been thoroughly explored by his older sister, but it's always inspiring to see the next generation coming into its own. Don't you think?

So, similar to the painted-diaper-decorating of before, Noah got some gold glittery nail polish out and painted his tummy right above the diaper line...and inside the top of the diaper. Good thing the tabs were stuck tight, or we'd have had some difficulty removing it from sensitive skin, shall we say...which appears to have been the objective. :-o He and Daddy had a serious talk about boys and nail polish.

And after giving the rocking horse pegasus yet another trim (on top of Sarah's earlier episodes), Noah took some chunks off the top of his own head. I'm not entirely sure he didn't have help in this one, but he sure wasn't unhappy about it. The good news is that with him, I can just give him a buzz. Right in time for summer...and his picture appointment next week. :-/

Shannon! You have GOT to find a better place to keep your nail polish and scissors! Aren't two year olds fun?

Tell me about it. The nail polish has been locked in my room, but Sarah knows how to use a butter knife to unlock the door! The scissors were on top of the fridge. All this makes it clear that Noah has an enabler in the house...

Man. I know it's horrible, but I can't help laughing when I read this.

I am lucky, I guess, that the worst Emma likes to do it "cook" by mixing flour, rice, and popcorn in bowls (all over the kitchen floor...)

Aw! I'm sorry but your son is way too cute to be mad at for very long, am I right? LOL

He is pretty cute. I don't stay mad at anyone very long.

Last night he was asking for chips after dinner, and I was totally going to say no. I said, "Chips?" in an incredulous voice, and he nodded and got such a hopeful, happy look on his face that I said yes instead.
